Timber Frame - New Build Residential Detached 4 Bed

Dynamic Insulation was installed in a new build detached house for Cala Homes in a project supported by the Carbon Trust.

The house was extensively monitored over a 12 month period with the following headline results:

• 16% reduction in space heating energy requirement compared to a conventionally insulated building
• High solar uplift with incoming ventilation air temperatures of 17°C recorded on days of high solar incidence when air temperatures were below 5°C
